• Reconnect Htc Desire to your Computer.
• Click on reflash.exe to run it on the PC that you have downloaded earlier. Run reflash.exe as Administrator.
• Follow the instructions appearing on your screen.
• Now remove the battery of your Htc Desire after copying the update.zip to the memory card.
• Keep pressing the volume down key and insert the battery again.
• Navigate the Volume keys for highlighting Recovery Menu and select it by using power key. Now you will see your device has gone to Recovery Mode.
• Now choose Update.zip from the Root Menu and press “OK” for confirmation if you want the Update.
